We will review and approve your request upon confirmation. 3. Once approved, you will receive a secure payment link. After payment, we will collaborate to finalize your itinerary. Payment details are only required after approval. Pricing: Our pricing is for your private group (up to 5 participants). ●Weekday Daytime (Ending by 16:00): ¥85,000 ●Weekday Evening (Any time after 16:00): ¥95,000 ●Weekend & Public Holiday: ¥115,000 Note: If your tour spans both Daytime and Evening hours (e.g., 13:00–17:00), the Evening rate applies. Pricing may increase for pre-paid activities or reservations. Included: - Full itinerary design tailored to your interests. - Personal navigation by Tokyo Foodie Sarah, offering deep local insights and answers to your curiosities. - Hotel pick-up/drop-off, as required. - High-quality photos/videos captured on an iPhone 15 Pro, shared via Google Drive post-tour. Not Included: - Your personal expenses (transportation, entrance fees, meals, drinks). - Guide’s entrance fees, meals, and other tour costs. - Private vehicle hire. Additional Info: - We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. - Tours, including pick-up/drop-off, are available exclusively within the 23 Wards of Tokyo. - Sarah is a mom and understands the needs of traveling with children. For stroller-friendly routes or breaks, please indicate this in the "Accessibility & Mobility" section. - Specialized dietary requests (e.g. vegan/vegetarian/halal/gluten-free) may limit traditional cuisine options. - For groups over 5 or experiences outside Tokyo, please use the "Contact Us" page.
